If Mr.A eats 3 times as fast as Mr.B, he must be able to eat 3 times as many dumplings as his brother. Therefore, Mr.A eats 24 while Mr.B eats 8 ( 32 ÷ 4 = 8 ). Together it takes them 45 minutes.
